1. hold two balls in one hand 2. throw the ball (which is farther from you) up to eye level 3. at its zenith throw the other ball up on a acute angle. Have it start a little closer to your body 4. move your hand back to the starting position and catch the original ball 5. repeat steps 2- 4 How to juggle four balls 1. learn how to do the exercise above with both hands 2. start with your stronger hand by throwing a ball up 3. then start with your other hand 4. then throw with your first hand again 5. try to establish a rhythm between throwing with your hands(left, right, left, right) Note: don't become frustrated after a few minutes it takes weeks if not months of practicing Continue practicing ;)
