Juggle Today: How to Juggle Clubs
Warning: You can get really frustrated but don’t give up. When you can juggle clubs it is so impressive.
Note: Do the exercises above before trying to juggle. I know it’s boring but it makes it so much simpler.
Now that you can confidently throw the clubs we can move on to juggle all THREE clubs. Exiting, right?
1. Start with two clubs in one hand and one in the other. It is easier if you start with the two in your stronger hand.
2. Have the clubs positioned that you can flip one club and not release the other. Flip one of the two clubs in your domain hand.
3. Just as before, when it reaches its peak throw the club in you other hand. Again, when the club is at is peak throw the club in your strong hand.
